This year's eagerly awaited Chicken Shed Christmas production will be 'The Nutcracker and the Mouse King'. With a completely original score, exciting choreography, stunning costumes, and an amazing set - 'The Nutcracker and the Mouse King' will be like no other show you have ever seen and in true Christmas tradition the stage will be adorned in magic.

One Christmas, Eve Maria is given an old toy by her favourite Uncle, but this is not ordinary toy and Maria and her brother are soon cast into a world of weird and wonderful adventures.

E.T.A. Hoffman's magical tale of the toy that comes to life, the Mouse King that he fights and the child that loves him, is brought to life in a new and original musical for all the family.
