COMPANY NAME: DPG Loss Assessors

DEAFCLICKS COMMENT: When doing our research, Deafclicks has established that the majority of the public do not know the difference between a Loss Adjuster or a Loss Assessor.

Essentially the Loss Adjuster is sent by the Insurance Company to protect their interests whereas the Loss Assessor protects your interests.

This is where DPG and essentially Douglas Greenston will be able to help you. Douglas is a respected member of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors and has been in business since 1985.

The prime role of a Loss Assessor is to protect your interests by managing your claim on a daily basis. Apart from relieving the stress and aggravation which a claim brings, Douglas will deal with all the necessary paperwork, telephone calls, meetings and negotiations with the Loss Adjuster.

It is very important once again to examine the two main roles and agenda of the Loss Adjuster and Loss Assessor.

Loss Adjuster: Employed by the Insurance Company and paid by the Insurance Company to act on their behalf to settle the claim under the terms of the policy.

Loss Assessor: Employed by the Insured (you!) to present, negotiate and settle the claim under the most favourable terms for you.

You wouldn't go to Court without a solicitor, so don't make your claim without DPG.

Douglas and his company DPG, will do their utmost to settle your claim and with their no win no fee philosophy we certainly recommend this company.
