In 1990 RNID SOUND ADVANTAGE was set up to provide equipment solutions
to improve the everyday lives of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
Sound Advantage
now works with other departments across the RNID. It provides services
to support organisations of all types that want to make themselves accessible
to Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers in line with the Disability Discrimination
Act (DDA) and the Human Rights Act.
